The hotel is conveniently located near a safe, clean beach area for swimming, and it's a short distance from the center of town. the staff is friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing any issues with the rooms, such as a leaky air conditioner. Guests can take advantage of the three pools on-site, and the hammocks on the balcony add a charming touch to the rooms.
Some areas of the hotel suffer from noise pollution, such as from nearby roads or construction work.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of this hotel and its great facilities for families with kids, including the uncrowded beach that is safe for swimming. The staff, especially Naate and Alef, were extremely friendly and helpful, with Naate even helping us schedule an excursion. Additionally, the location is perfect, with a nice 30-minute beach walk to the hustle and bustle of the nearby city.
No negatives from this place.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach and only a short walk to the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic spa and wellness center, perfect for some pampering and relaxation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
We had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Great beach and friendly staff. I had a blast during my Christmas holiday here. the pools were relaxing, and it was very convenient to have the beach so close to the hotel. the food was also good, especially when we ate outside. the rooms offered nice views of the surroundings.
The room was small and outdated; it didn't feel that comfortable to spend a long time there.

I had a great experience at a hotel with good infrastructure, including a gaming room, swimming pools, bars, and restaurants. The cultural activities like live bands and Capoeira presentations were a highlight. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Porto de Galinhas and right in front of Praia do Cupe beach. The view from the swimming pool by the beach was outstanding. The food offered a great variety, although I wish they had craft beers. The hotel also had touristic companies inside where I could book sightseeing trips. The atmosphere was excellent for couples and families, with plenty of activities for children. The prices were fair for this kind of place and they even provided complimentary internet and beach towels. The rooms were comfortable, and some even had hammocks on the balconies. Although there wasn't a good business center with reliable internet for those who need to work, it didn't bother me personally.

The beach location and free beach chairs were great. At night, there was live music by the pool.
The rooms were small and outdated. The breakfast buffet was very basic and lacked variety.
